Biography
Rose Montebello lives in Canberra and was an Honours graduate of the ANU School of Art in 2000. Since then she has participated in a host of solo and group exhibitions in Canberra, most recently at Megalo Gallery. She is also member of “Beam”, the public spaces projection collective. She has also been successful in winning a number of local awards and residencies.

looks like that sweet rose is not so sweet!
next she’ll be pruning the heads of roses like a morticia….
maybe through working in the silent preservation halls of the national gallery, she has aquired some sort of taxodermic hobbies?
